Founder and President

هو ناش جوزيف فياض مؤسس ورئيس مكاتب فياض للمحاماة. ولد فياض في 2 يونيو عام 1966 بلبنان، وهو الابن الأكبر من بين ثلاثة أشقّاء.
في عام 1986، حصل السيد فياض على منحة للدراسة بجامعة الصداقة الشعبية الروسية المرموقة (Russian People’s Friendship University) بموسكو، روسيا، وحصل منها على درجتيّ البكالوريوس في الآداب والماجستير في القانون مع مرتبة الشرف عام 1992.
ومن عام 1992 إلى عام 1998، التحق بمعهد الدولة والقانون التابع لأكاديمية العلوم الروسية (Institute of States and Law of the Russian Academy of Sciences). وفي يونيو 1998، حصل على درجة الدكتوراه في الفقه القضائي مع مرتبة الشرف من الأكاديمية مع تخصص في القانون الدولي لحقوق الإنسان.
وأثناء التحاقه ببرنامج الدكتوراه، شارك السيد فياض في تحرير كتاب “حقوق الإنسان في القرن الحادي والعشرين” “Human Rights for the 21st Century”مع Vladimir Kartashkin، رئيس اللجنة الرئاسية الروسية لحقوق الإنسان.
وفي عام 1998، هاجر السيد فياض إلى الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية. وفي عام 2006، تشرّف بالحصول على الجنسية الأمريكية.
في عام 2002 ، حصل السيد فياض على درجة الماجستير في القانون من كلية William and Mary School of Law بمدينة Williamsburg بولاية Virginia. وفي يوليو 2003، قُبل السيد فياض في محكمة استئناف مقاطعة كولومبيا.
وفي نفس العام، عمل السيد فياض مع الأبرشية الكاثوليكية لخدمات اللاجئين والهجرة (Catholic Diocese of Richmond Refugee and Immigration Services) بـRichmond، ممثلاً للمهاجرين واللاجئين المعوزين في قضايا أوضاع اللجوء وحق اللجوء.
وفي عام 2003 أيضًا، انضم السيد فياض إلى شركة Affiliated Attorneys بمدينة Richmond وأسس قسم الهجرة بها

. وفي عام 2004، أسس ناش فياض مكاتب فياض للمحاماة المتخصصة في جميع قضايا الهجرة والمكرّسة لحماية حقوق المهاجرين عن طريق الهجرة العائلية، أو الهجرة لأغراض العمل، وكذلك تعزيز حقوق الإنسان، وخاصةً حقوق القادمين إلى أمريكا خوفًا من الاضطهاد وبحثًا عن فرص حياة أفضل لأنفسهم ولعائلاتهم

I had a free half hour consultation with Ms. Ingy Giurguis (who speaks both English and Arabic). In just 20 minutes, I had already changed my perspective about my file. It was an eye opening experience. I am seriously thinking of transferring my file to their office. Ms. Giurguis is knowledgeable, well experienced, and good hearted. She was honest with me. The whole thing was like a paradigm shift. This is not an easy thing to achieve, especially given my hard-to-persuade character! I am giving just 4 stars because I haven’t yet dealt with the office in depth. As soon as I do transfer my file, see how they really handle it, the thing I am sure they would do properly, I am going to Five Star Rating!
